The office has represented clients in hundreds of real estate transactions including traditional cash purchases, seller finance, construction takeover arrangements, farm and ranch finance, and real estate portfolio restructuring.
When necessary, we work closely with Security Interest Enforcement, LLC which serves as a non-judicial foreclosure trustee service for defaulted mortgages.
